Not eating – this can be one of the worst things to do to your body. The logic behind it is that, “The less I eat, the less I’ll weigh.” But unfortunately, when you stop eating, your body won’t lose the fat, but will instead take nutrients from the good parts of your body and leave the bad parts there. This will only make you feel sluggish and worse than you did before. So always make sure you eat something.

Low-Fat foods – Shocking to most, some fats are good for your body. In fact, you need fat as a part of your diet. Without it, you may experience hunger, dry skin and mental fatigue. Plus, many times “low-fat” foods have other ingredients as substitutes that are just as bad for you. So instead, choose healthy fats like avocado and olive oil.

Eating only one food – Our bodies were designed to intake a variety of foods, so when you deprive it of that variety, you’ll begin to feel the physical effects of those nutritional deficiencies. It can also lead to an unhealthy relationship with food.
