OKC’s Fitness Festival will rock you March 28th!

Downtown Oklahoma City playgroundAt the end of March, Ready, Gazette, GO! is throwing an extensive fitness festival in downtown at the Myriad Botanical Gardens. The festival is free for everyone, thanks to sponsors like The Broadway Clinic. The activities at the festival are almost limitless, and anyone can find something fun and physical.

Here’s what the Ready, Gazette, GO! Fitness Festival has to offer:

  • Spin
  • Aerobics
  • Karate
  • Other 30-minute exercise classes
  • Free weight loss info tables, including…
    • Nutritious alternatives
    • Fitness aides

The fitness festival is part of a larger fitness initiative called Ready, Gazette, GO! This is a citywide program to promote physical health and accountability in a fun and engaging way. Participants can track their progress with the Ready, Gazette, GO! fitness log. Free pedometers are also available (until March 28) at sponsoring companies, including The Broadway Clinic!

People who have participated in Ready, Gazette, GO! for the entire 3 months will be recognized at the fitness fest with certificates. The festival is a chance to spread awareness on physical health and well-being. It also shows how anyone can achieve this while also enjoying it.
