Arden Blough, M.D. is Medical Director of The Broadway Clinic and founder of the Weight Loss for Life program. He is also a member of the American Society of Bariatric Physicians. After graduating in 1994 from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine at the OU Health Sciences Center, Dr. Blough practiced family medicine in Ponca City, Oklahoma and worked as an emergency room physician. He is affiliated with the American Medical Association, Oklahoma State Medical Association and American Society of Bariatric Physicians. After receiving his bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin in 1990, Dr. Broselow went on to the Texas Tech Medical School. He completed his studies in 1995 and began training as an OBGYN, completing his residency at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth. Dr. Broselow comes with a wealth of knowledge in the medical field, including women’s health issues, having worked as an OBGYN for 15 years. His experience as an OBGYN is one of his most valuable assets. Brown, Jr., D.C. has been practicing for over 20 years, specializing in the treatment of automobile accident and work-related injuries. Dr. Brown is a 1989 graduate of Northern Arizona University and a 1994 graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. He holds advanced certificates in the treatment of sports injuries and acceleration/deceleration (whiplash) injuries from the Spine Research Institute in San Diego. Dr. Brown is a member of the Oklahoma State Chiropractic Association. He is married with four children. She is a nationally certified physician assistant. Ms. Kraker earned her Master of Health Sciences degree as a physician associate from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in 2002. Since earning her degree, she has practiced in a number of specialties, including orthopedic surgery, urgent care medicine, family medicine, legal medicine, medical aesthetics and weight management. Ms. Kraker is a member of the Oklahoma Academy of Physician Assistants. She is currently board certified with the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. Ms. Kraker is married with two children. Kory Reed, PA-C, MHS “I love working with patients, helping them overcome injuries and get back to their everyday lives.” Kory Reed, PA-C, MHS, has over 13 years of experience in the medical profession, specializing in orthopedics and injury management. Mr. Reed graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Promotion in 1997. He earned a Masters of Health Science Physician Assistant degree from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in 2001. Mr. Reed is currently board certified with the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is a member of the Oklahoma Academy of Physician Assistants as well as the American Association of Physician Assistants. Mr. Reed is married with two children. Bethany Cook, APRN “I love meeting new people every day and watching as they experience the path to wellness.” Bethany Cook, APRN has eleven years of healthcare experience and is passionate about the success of her patients. She has incorporated the benefits of BHRT for both male and female patients in her practice. Ms. Cook graduated from Texas Woman’s University in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. In 2005, she received a Woman’s Healthcare Nurse Practitioner’s license at UT Southwestern. She earned a Master of Science in Nursing at Texas Woman’s University in 2008 and received Nurse Midwifery Certification at Frontier Nursing University in 2011.
