Follow-up Visits: $50 Program Fee + Follow-up Labs ($250) when needed

Follow-up Labs: Lab tests will be ordered when needed depending on previous lab values and your symptoms. The costs of these tests can range from $20 to $300.

Annual: $125 Program Fee + $300 Annual Labs + $30 EKG = $455
